You comfortably relax fully clothed on Yvonna’s table under soft blankets. When she works with your energies, Yvonna gets intuitively guided where to place her hands, on and around you. Works on all levels: emotional, mental, spiritual and physical.
Part of what Yvonna does is Reiki, an ancient Japanese method of Energy Healing that works to clear blocks of the body, mind and spirit. And part of it is natural: reconnecting the energies of your body again so you will feel more whole.

The Energy Reading usually gives you an idea of what you can work on to become the best version of yourself; more balanced, centered and grounded as well as more relaxed and in tune with yourself and your body.
Yvonna reads the energy from your body, and does what she is intuitive guided to do (for example move the energy around, add energy, remove energetic stressors, reconnect parts of your body back together) to help you heal yourself, and then shares her findings with you. The treatment is usually in silence, to allow you to meditate, float away to where you want to go, or simply drift off.
The messages are about where you are now, sometimes where you came from and where you can go. These are thrown in so you have a few tools to help your feel happier and healthier.
You might feel heat from Yvonna’s hands, you may experience tingling, energy moving around, emotions or hot or cold areas and other sensations. You may experience colours, stills or a movie, gain an insight or other things during the healing
