Can be either way around, it’s up to you, let’s go with the flow. Most people enjoy the talking and coaching part first, so they can see the solution they are working towards. During the healing we look for things to do with what we talked about, clear the energetic blocks and remove other blockages so you can move easily to your solution. You will receive messages from your energy after the healing so blending healing and coaching together. The best of both worlds!
