Depending on how deep you want to dive, choose between;

The Exploration Program (what is possible)

For 4 weeks total:

1 Coaching or Healing session, plus

4 check in via email or app after your session.

The Motivation Program (quick start program)

1 Coaching and Healing session, plus

4 digital check ins via email or app (weekly).

You can extend this month by month. For each month you can choose a different subject or item you wish to work through.

The Intensive Program

1 Coaching and Healing session per month and remote Healing after your calls,

either fortnightly phone calls, or weekly phone calls.

The Elite Program

Unlimited access to Coaching and Healing sessions whether digital or in person (max 3 per week)
