Energy Healing
You comfortably relax fully clothed on my table under soft blankets. I place my hands on and above you in a way that I am intuitively guided to do to work with your energies. Works on all levels: emotional, mental, spiritual and physical.
Part of what I do is Reiki (I am a Reiki Master), an ancient Japanese method of Energy Healing that works to clear blockages of the body, mind and spirit. And part of it comes natural (I am a natural Healer): reconnecting the energies of your body together again so you will feel more whole and balanced. Like putting the pieces of the puzzle together.
Clients report feeling energised and relaxed at the same time, relieved of pain and stress, feeling much calmer, more relaxed, balanced and stronger.
Bonus: psychic messages (about the NOW and coming from reading your own energy) thrown in so you leave with a few tools to help your feel happier and healthier.

Usual structure of an Energy Healing session at Enjoy Your Life: short chat about what we are going to do, 60 minutes healing, delivery of messages received. If you do not want to receive messages, choose the 60 minute option. If you think you will need more than 60 minutes healing, choose the 120 minute option.
You ca also choose more than one 90 minute session and get a discount.
