You can let go of things that no longer serve you as they come up (and they will!) and you can work out what you want to see in your future. And once you know what you want from your future, you will find out what is stopping you, so we can do something about that.
The one nighter
Day 1: arrive, settle and first Coaching and Healing session
Day 2: second session and departure
Two night retreat
Day 1: arrive, settle and first Coaching and Healing session
Day 2: second session and leisure time
Day 3: third session and departure
As well as the above mentioned, all retreats include healthy meals and hot drinks, filtered water and email conversation for 5 days after your retreat. There is no set check in or check out time. If you need an airport transfer, please ask.
